A global company dedicated to the cultivation, production and marketing of high-quality vegetable seeds is looking for:
FINANCIAL PLANNING LEADER
We are looking for a visionary professional, with a solid analytical profile and a deep understanding of finance to join a solid and constantly improving team. If you are passionate about transforming data into strategies and have a mindset oriented towards continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you.
What will your mission be?
Your main objective will be to generate accurate and strategic financial information that serves as a basis for senior management decision-making. You will be the pillar that connects the corporate vision with financial results, ensuring the fulfillment of goals and the optimization of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Analysis: You will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports for the corporate. This includes assessing trends, risks, and opportunities to guide the company's strategic planning.
- Budget Management and Forecasting: You will lead the coordination and creation of the annual budget and its updates (forecasts). You will be in charge of developing financial models that support short- and long-term planning.
- Control and Optimization: You will track and control fixed assets, manage the CAPEX process, and perform inventory and cost of sales reconciliations. Your role will be critical to cost improvement and operational efficiency.
- Audit and Compliance: You will be the primary contact for internal and external audits, and ensure proper compliance with JSOX controls.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: You will work hand in hand with Logistics, Production, Product, Human Resources and General Management managers to translate strategic objectives into financial indicators (KPIs).
What profile are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional with a solid track record and a focus on results:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related career.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in financial planning roles, specifically in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel (essential for the creation of complex models and reports), management of ERP systems (such as Dynamics) and a fluent level of English.
- Key Competencies: Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving and Results Orientation. You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your effective communication.
Economic Proposal:
· Sueldo mensual de $50,000 brutos (Pago mensual)
