Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply, preferably in MRO and indirect materials.
• Experience managing national and international suppliers.
• Fluent English for communication with global teams and international clients.
• Knowledge and use of procurement management tools: SAP, Excel and other purchasing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess cost, consumption, and efficiency of non productive materials.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
• Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key suppliers
• Generate and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and services
• Keep supplier and product information up to date in ERP systems
• Collaborate with planning, production, and logistics teams to align supply with demand
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
