We are looking for a Purchase Assistant, highly organized, detail oriented, and with perfect command of the English language, to support the daily operations of the purchasing department. Have a strong command of English and experience supporting administrative areas, preferably with knowledge of purchasing processes or order tracking.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient management of internal processes and smooth communication between departments and international suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, logistics, or related administrative roles.
- Attention to detail and compliance understanding.
- Knowledge of procurement tools (SAP, Excel).
- Advanced English (Required)
- Basic knowledge or experience in purchasing processes and order tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to purchase specialist to order invoice submission and payment process
- Approval supplier list update
- Monitor deliveries, delays, returns, and claims.
- Other things assigned by purchase manager
