Position: Purchasing Intern

Location: Monterrey Manufacturing Center

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm

Responsibilities:

• Support to Buyers
• Prepare and send purchase orders, ensuring goods and services meet budget and delivery timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve conflicts, and ensure constant communication.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure conditions and deadlines are met.

Required Skills:

• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making.
• Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
• Proficiency in conversational English.

Qualifications:

• At least one year remaining to graduate from a university degree.
• Strong interest in supply chain management.
• Experience in supply chain management is desirable.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm.
