Request: Document Control Specialist
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering,
architecture or related fields.
3 years of experience in document control, particularly in public works or large
infrastructure projects.
Proficient in BIM 360 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Familiarity with contract management and regulatory procedures in Mexican public works
projects (preferred).
Professional english proficieny
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt, dispatch, and archiving project documents and ensure compliance
with company policies.
Maintain accurate document distribution records, ensuring all project stakeholders have
access to up-to-date documentation.
Organize and prepare documentation required for contract follow up, ensuring timely
submission and archiving.
Ensure data integrity and version control within project document management systems.
Assist project teams in managing communication and information flow between internal
and external stakeholders.
Perform additional tasks assigned by project leadership to ensure the smooth operation of
document control processes
