Job Summary.
The Safety Analyst will be responsible to Maintain the comprehensive contractor program; Implement high-risk work programs; Develop training courses on safety; Coordinate tours and security audits; Work in compliance with STPS regulations.
Job Requirements
English Intermediate
2–4 years of experience in occupational health and safety, data analysis, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and regulations. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, safety management software). Ability to interpret safety data and identify trends. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration. Problem-solving skills related to safety performance improvement. Familiarity with incident investigation techniques.

Job Responsibilities
Inspection of machinery and equipment.
Coordinate emergency brigades.
Check compliance with the contractor program.
EHS personnel training.
Ensure high-risk work programs.
Coordinate emergency drills.
Release of work permits.
Review of emergency devices and equipment
Safety tours and follow-up on issues.
Report unsafe conditions and acts.
Accident investigation.
Make physical folders with evidence of compliance with NOM STPS audits.
