We in KEMET de Mexico part of YAGEO Group are seeking for a Procurement & Supplier Management Specialist to be 100% on site at San Nicolás Plant to support the coordination of new systems development and lead strategic projects. This role focuses on automating reporting tools, coordinating implementation for new system modules, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring global supply chain compliance.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field. Experience as a Project Manager, automatization projects and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new suppliers and new raw material part numbers in KEMET ERP System.
• Maintain and monitor supplier documentation (i.e., Business/Risk Assessments, Quality Certifications, Non-Disclosure Agreements, purchasing contracts and price agreements, Conflict Mineral Reports).
• Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
• Liaise and co-operate with quality engineers, buyers, and process engineers to ensure supply chain compliance in all KEMET locations worldwide.
• Maintain the department information system, prepare department strategic reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and submit relevant information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Leading assigned projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent English level. (Japanese and Chinese desirable).
