Revenue Growth Management - Supervisor
We are looking for RGM Supervisor to lead and build best-in class brand strategies for 3 RGM pillars: Price, Promotion and Assortment/Mix that are fully integrated into the brand's physical and mental availability model.
This role will also lead and integrate RGM outside-in analysis during key forums of planning and strategy to guarantee timely RGM diagnostics and action plans, while also spreading flawless RGM execution discipline through rituals of tracking and skillset building within sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, economy, or finance.
· Minimum 4 years of relevant RGM experience, or/and in Marketing Research working on price/promo projects.
· Experience working with P&L, profitability, and ROI analysis.
· Strong communication, analytical, attention to detail and influence skills.
· Advanced Excel and Powerpoint. Tableau is a plus.
· Advanced English.
