What You Will Do
- Lead the management and optimization of contracts, supplies, and operational resources, including office materials, reusable materials, and facility services.
- Oversee plant operations by supervising security, cleaning services, and cafeteria operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
- Enhance employee experience by maintaining recreational facilities, managing employee credentials (e.g., ID cards, mobile devices), and providing exceptional front-office services.
- Strategically manage valuable resources such as metal scrap (e.g., Au, Cu, Al) and reusable materials (e.g., plastic, wood, cardboard) to support sustainability and cost-efficiency efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of plant uniforms, security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control), and employee-focused programs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Demonstrated experience in administrative and operational management roles.
- Strong proven ability to lead and oversee multiple functions or projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of managing contracts, operational supplies, and facility-related services.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and departments.
- Conversational Profency English level for international communication.
