We are seeking a highly experienced HR Director with a strong background in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership, with proven expertise in payroll administration, P&L impact of employees, financial administration, and labor law compliance in both Mexico and the United States. This role requires a strategic leader who can align HR policies with business objectives, drive organizational growth, and ensure compliance with cross-border regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR function across Mexico and the US, aligning HR strategy with company objectives.
Oversee payroll administration ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for both countries.
Manage and analyze employee-related P&L costs, workforce budgeting, and financial reporting for HR operations.
Ensure compliance with Mexican and US labor laws, implementing policies that reduce risk and support business needs.
Develop and oversee HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning, workforce development, and succession planning.
Drive HR technology and data analytics to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs across regions.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR, compliance, and workforce financial matters.
Lead HR teams, ensuring continuous professional development and high performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
8+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably within the IT industry.
Strong expertise in payroll management, employee cost P&L, and HR-related financial administration.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance in Mexico and the United States.
Proven experience in strategic HR leadership and organizational development.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to align HR operations with business profitability.
Excellent communication and leadership skills in English and Spanish.
Proficiency with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
