About the role

We are looking for a SOW Analyst to join our team. In this role you will support the creation of professional, legally compliant Statements of Work (SOWs) for costumer projects. You will collaborate with sales, technical, project and legal teams to ensure clear, accurate, and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end SOW process from scoping to final approval.
• Draft and edit SOW documents using approved templates and technical input.
• Ensure high-quiality, legally compliant documentation is delivered on time.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, and Project Managment teams.
• Support pricing adjustments while maintaining internal compliance.
• Work with third-party vendors and adapt subcontractor terms when needed.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent English skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience in It professional services (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce or proposal writing is a plus.
