About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deal Desk Administrator to support our sales, finance and legal teams by managing deal workflows, ensuring pricing and contract compliance, and streamlining approval processes. This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to help accelerate deal cycles while maintaining operational excellence and data accuracy.
Successful candidates bring a broad range of knowledge to the position, from keen analytical abilities to critical thinking, delivering results in a timely fashion while influencing the team to streamline and optimize business processes. They will work with management to identify, develop and execute strategic operational initiatives via a flexible, repeatable and scalable process.
What You Will Do
- Review and process sales quotes, contracts, and pricing requests to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Act as the point of contact for sales reps on deal structure, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.
- Manage escalations and exceptions to the sales contract process
- Analyze and resolve deal blockers
- Work independently and proactively
- Maintain accurate records of deals in CRM and other systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations to ensure timely contract reviews and approvals.
- Monitor deal pipeline and follow up on outstanding approvals or missing information.
- Assist in updating and maintaining internal documentation and process guidelines related to the deal desk function.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Support quarterly and annual reporting on deal desk metrics and performance.
- Other tasks as assigned
What You Will Need
- Requirement to work in-office (Torre Esmeralda 3, Mexico City)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or undergraduate.
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Order Management, Sales Support or Paralegal role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding of sales contract structures and pricing models
- Familiarity with CRM and quoting tools such as Hubspot (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Conga, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and hardworking with a history of achieving targets
- Customer-focused approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Tech-savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel, Slack
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a fit in our fast-paced, inclusive culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and pricing models.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
