Description
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives in cable extrusion manufacturing to improve quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Apply DMAIC, SPC, and advanced statistical tools to optimize processes and solve complex problems.
- Coach and mentor Belt-level employees, fostering Lean mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and lead cross-functional teams to address bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Deploy foundational Lean tools (5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Kaizen) to embed continuous improvement.
- Align process improvements with product innovation, customer requirements, and plant growth objectives.
Profile
A successful Black Belt should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Black Belt Certification
- Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
- Development of Green Belts and Black Belts
- Train and Implement Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Project Management
- Manufacturing Experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Departments
- Lead Cost-Saving Projects
- Statistical Analysis (Minitab, Power BI)
