Strategic Program Manager - Apodaca Nuevo León

We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a key client account, we search for a leadership role that requires a high level of accountability, coordination, and strategic execution.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee the operational performance of an on-site team, ensuring alignment with client expectations and service-level agreements.
• Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, fostering a strong, solution-driven relationship.
• Monitor key metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transitions, implementations, and scaling efforts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in procurement, MRO material tracking, cost-saving projects, and logistics in the metalworking industry

- Strong negotiation and analytical skills

- Experience with indirect/MRO suppliers and statistical analysis

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AS400

- Fluent in English for business conversations

- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
