We are seeking a dynamic Engineer to drive advanced planning transformation initiatives within our organization. As a key member of supply chain team, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and scaling of advanced planning systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Role Purpose
Responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain processes using SAP ERP systems, ensuring seamless production and distribution operations. This role focuses on integrating supply chain planning with manufacturing goals while driving improvements in ERP usage and supporting team development including onboarding and continuous training.
Activities:
-Create Bom's and Routing's.
- Load new Raw Materials, Semifinished and Finished Goods.
- Work in engineering changes & maintenance the numbers for all the 6 plants of Corning in Mexico and USA.
- Implement ECN's and Deviations in Bom's.
- Management the MCR's database
- Support for SAP
- Implementation of the clean the characteristics of the products.
- Implementation of massive changes in SAP.
- Interpretation of drawings in windchill.
- Create changes for obsolete parts.
- Number pending report for supervisors and managers
