We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Supervisor to oversee the implementation, interpretation, and administration of our company's human resources policies and programs. This role is crucial for managing employee relations, staffing, compensation, training, and development to support our team in Nogales, Sonora, Mex.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, staffing, compensation, training, and development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations, including IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot.
Oversee the full recruitment and hiring process, including background checks and drug testing.
Maintain and manage HR policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing company.
Familiarity with Mexican Labor Laws and related regulations (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot).
Knowledge of US Labor laws is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
Experience with the ADP RUN Payroll System is a plus.
Must possess a valid US Visa.
