Is the responsible for development of new tools ensuring the correct manufacture, according to Customer specifications, following NAL Mexico and molding shops machine standards and tooling specifications to achieve quality, cost and delivery.
Requirements:
-Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
-Advanced English.
Relevant Experience:
-3 years with Tool Makers on Tooling manufacture (Follow meetings, weekly reports, try outs).
-3 years Molding Injetion parameters (Identify issues on parts caused by tool vs process).
-3 year on Tooling maintenance (Polish, cleaning, preventive and corrective).
Technical Knowledge:
-Basic Molding Tool knowledge (Core, Cavity sides, Cooling system, sliders, lifters, Ejector pins, inserts).
-Molding process basic knowledge (Tool temp, Resin temp, cooling time, injection and holding pressure).
-Basic Tool Makers manufacture processes (EDM, CNC, welding, steel treatments).
-3D and 2D Design software (Catia, Solid Works, Nx).
