?HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
?Job Purpose
Ensure the effective management of Human Resources processes at the school, aligned with the policies and standards of the Affinitas network, to attract, develop, and engage the best educational and administrative talent.
Main Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for teaching, administrative, and operational support roles, ensuring full compliance with Safeguarding policies.
Oversee the onboarding experience for new hires, fostering a smooth and timely integration into Affinitas' culture and values.
Monitor and enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction throughout the employee lifecycle.
Manage employee relations matters, employment contracts, and adherence to labor and regulatory requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS).
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance and solutions to their needs and concerns.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including climate surveys and the implementation of action plans based on results.
Assess training needs and coordinate professional development programs for both teaching and administrative staff, including Safeguarding and compliance training sessions.
Support the design and execution of development plans and performance evaluations, aligned with Affinitas' strategic goals.
Oversee payroll-related incidents and collaborate closely with the business management team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment effectiveness, training compliance).
Champion initiatives that promote employee well-being, recognition programs, and institutional events.
Act as a cultural ambassador for Affinitas, fostering alignment with organizational values across the school community.
Actively participate in monthly Safeguarding sessions and maintain close communication with General Management and the Safeguarding Lead, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and proactive risk mitigation in daily operations.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (required).
Professional Experience:
Minimum 3 years in generalist HR positions, preferably in the education or service sector.
Experience in recruitment, labor relations, payroll, and personnel administration.
Experience implementing development programs and workplace climate initiatives.
Technical Knowledge:
Current Mexican labor legislation.
Talent assessment tools and competency-based interview methodologies.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages:
Native Spanish.
Advanced English (needed for interaction within the international network).
