Are you passionate about technology and customer service?
Join a global project providing technical support to a prestigious hotel chain with a presence across the Americas and the Caribbean. You'll work on-site in Cancún, delivering local and remote support to multiple countries in both Spanish and English.
What you'll do
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external users, resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Install and configure computers, IP and traditional phones, printers, and other devices acquired by the company.
- Manage the inventory of equipment, including those in use, under review, or in maintenance.
- Install and configure hardware and software according to the organization's technology platform.
- Provide user support for software and hardware, as well as technical assistance for official events and meetings.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware, software, and printers.
- Handle tickets generated in ServiceNow, ensuring timely and well-documented responses.
- Protect the integrity of information and equipment by applying preventive measures to reduce risks.
- Maintain computers, servers, and office communication systems in optimal condition.
- Prepare and assign equipment to new hires, both nationally and internationally, documenting all deliveries.
- Comply with PCI standards and log any changes to certified equipment.
What we're looking for
- Advanced conversational English (exam and interview with the client).
- Previous experience in Level 1 technical support (on-site and remote).
- Familiarity with remote access tools (AnyDesk or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Excellent attitude, service orientation, and teamwork skills.
- Reside in Cancún or be willing to relocate.
- Only people who live in Cancún (Municipio Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo).
What we offer
2-year project with the possibility of being hired directly by the hotel based on performance.
Competitive salary based on experience.
Weekly transportation bonus: $1,000 MXN.
Monthly attendance bonus: $900 MXN.
