We perform over 150 000 maintenance operations yearly, providing services to over 120 clients all over the world in more than 70 airports. We are growing and we have a new opportunity to join our dynamic head of departments Team as Head of Business Development, where you´ll take your Business Administration, Client Relationships and Negotiation capabilities to the limit, ensuring best practices, administration compliance and smooth business operations throughout all of our sites.
What We're Looking For:
° University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields. MBA is a strong advantage
° Aeronautical background/proficiency
° Advanced English skills
° International Traveling capability
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive M&A strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
Identify potential acquisition targets, strategic partners, and opportunities for expansion within the aircraft maintenance industry in America.
Assist the Deal Team with the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, evaluating financial, operational, legal, and regulatory aspects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the strategic fit and risks associated with each potential transaction.
Build relationships with major MROs (Singapore Tech, LHT, AAR, Haeco, Aeroman) to explore synergies.
Travel and search for acquisition targets in the Americas in countries such as Jamaica, Antigua, Cayman, Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, and the USA.
Assist the Deal Team to conduct thorough financial analyses and valuation assessments for potential acquisitions.
Assist the Deal Team to develop financial models to assess the feasibility and profitability of proposed transactions.
Lead negotiations with potential acquisition targets, vendors, and partners.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with the company's strategic goals and financial parameters.
