Technical Business Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Someone who can do analysis on their own and think of all the paths/forms that need to be thought of for a website (example).
- Very detail-oriented
- Enjoys working in documentation
- Curious, able to ask questions.
- BSA on Websites/Systems Builds. Comfortable doing the analysis.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Visio to build out process flows. Almost expert level.
- Will have some low-level PM responsibilities.
- Have a lot of stakeholder calls, which they transcribe. Be able to organise these notes to make them searchable/content.
- Emphasis on Compliance
- Knowledge of compliance in general. Could be anything HIPAA, SOX, or GDRP. As they develop the next generation, they need someone to have a compliance mindset.
