HR Business Partner – Recruitment, Training & Development
Location: San José Iturbide
Role Objective:
Lead and oversee key Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Onboarding, and Organizational Development processes, ensuring KPI achievement, auditable evidence, and alignment with company culture and strategic goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent/Advanced English is a must.
Leadership experience with at least 1 direct report.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, and talent management platforms.
Skilled in KPIs, executive reporting, and Office 365 (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Copilot, and To Do Task.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection – Lead end-to-end hiring for hourly and salaried roles, manage headhunters, job postings, candidate reports, offer letters, and recruitment process updates.
Training & Development – Design and oversee the annual training plan, ensure audit compliance, coordinate KPI reviews, manage IDPs, and present quarterly results.
Onboarding & Induction – Refresh onboarding materials, ensure program effectiveness, and track progress with action plans.
Organizational Development – Drive internal promotion plans, lead culture and values initiatives, and organize corporate events and CSR programs.
Additional Support – Manage transportation logistics, HR vendors, internship programs, plant-level KPIs, HR budget, and HR platform administration.
