We've worked with bitcoin-friendly banks, pencil and pen makers, everyday consumer goods, and companies at the forefront of creative technology.

What you'll be doing.
- Be the creative brain (and heart!) behind international campaigns —from concept spark to flawless delivery—developing 360° campaigns: creative concepts, visual deployment across digital, OOH, paid media, events, ensuring presence and impact at every touchpoint.
- Turn ideas into powerful visuals: campaign identities, essential social media assets, style frames for video.
- Collaborate hand in hand with teams across EMEA and the Americas; together, we'll take design to the next level.
- Embrace AI tools to make our creative process sharper, faster, and even more fun.
- Keep your radar on global trends—but let your signature shine louder.
We are looking for our + 1 Senior Designer
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a studio or agency.
• Excellent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. BONUS: Motion skills (Premiere, AfterEffects, C4D, etc…)
• English fluency is a “Must have” (to take clients brief / feedback, to present concepts to clients)
• Mastery of visual storytelling and art direction
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and maintain an efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lead projects Solo or lead a small team of designers
• You love working with others, sharing ideas, giving feedback, and growing together
?? This role is mostly on-site in Queretaro with some home office days (non-negotiable — if you're looking for a fully remote position, this might not be the right fit).
