Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Contact Center team and ensure top-tier service for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate daily operations of the customer service team.
Support agents with escalated calls and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Collaborate with other departments to solve customer inquiries.
Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members.
Train staff on new tools and procedures.
Foster a positive and motivated team environment.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
1–2 years of experience as a supervisor, ideally in a call center.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
Customer-focused mindset and team spirit.
Nice to Have: Experience with Power BI.
