Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Contact Center team and ensure top-tier service for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations of the customer service team.
- Support agents with escalated calls and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve customer inquiries.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members.
- Train staff on new tools and procedures.
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
- 1–2 years of experience as a supervisor, ideally in a call center.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset and team spirit.
Nice to Have: Experience with Power BI.
