We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional to manage purchasing processes, inventory control, and administrative support for process optimization. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and requires strong analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, inventory control, and problem resolution.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and applicable laws.
Generate, maintain, and control purchasing documentation (requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, etc.).
Collaborate with Operations, HR, General Services, Laboratories, Finance, and other departments to ensure efficiency.
Conduct periodic inventories, assign inventory numbers to acquired assets, and track additions/disposals.
Manage temporary or permanent disposition of company assets.
Support planning and execution of corporate events.
Participate in LEAN projects to improve organizational processes.
Perform administrative data analysis and generate performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Advanced English level (C1).
Experience in purchasing, inventory, or asset management.
Strong documentation and administrative systems management skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
