Quality Assurance Coordinator

Profile:

· Industrial, chemical, mechanical or related engineer

· Advanced English

Experience:

· Knowledge of HACCP - FMEA – Continuous improvement

· 3 years of experience in a similar position

· Microsoft Office, Core Tools, FMEA, QFD, DOE, FSSC 22000 (basic), ISO 17025, Metrology, R&R

Activities:

· Review and analysis of certificates when any deviation occurs.

· Document and validate the conditions and compliance of the product according to quality/safety.

· Be the contact between quality and production to ensure finished product specifications (functionality, appearance, etc.) to clear, measurable and replicable control parameters in our process lines by applying control and inspection plans.

· Ensure the issuance and compliance of Quality Certificates.

· Control and release plan – Establish a control plan and/or FMEA of the critical process variables that impact the quality, safety, and functionality of the product at each stage of the process.

· Verify through inspections that the corrective actions derived from the 8Ds root cause analyzes are met.
