Customer Service & Operations Manager – Spare Parts / Automotive Sector
Location: Querétaro, Qro. | Hybrid modality (minimum 3 on-site days per week)
Salary: $60,000 MXN monthly + superior benefits

About the Company:
Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial machinery, with a spare parts warehouse and distribution center in Querétaro, serving clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer service operations for the spare parts warehouse
- Ensure an excellent service experience for large automotive clients
- Coordinate administrative and logistics processes between warehouse, sales, and after-sales departments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
- Monitor KPIs and performance indicators
- Manage and develop the team
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, and warehouse operations in the automotive sector
- Proven leadership experience
- Proficient in SAP (Materials and Sales modules)
- Advanced English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
