Customer Service & Operations Manager – Spare Parts / Automotive Sector

Location: Querétaro, Qro. | Hybrid modality (minimum 3 on-site days per week)

About the Company:

Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial machinery, with a spare parts warehouse and distribution center in Querétaro, serving clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer service operations for the spare parts warehouse
• Ensure an excellent service experience for large automotive clients
• Coordinate administrative and logistics processes between warehouse, sales, and after-sales departments
• Ensure compliance with internal policies
• Monitor KPIs and performance indicators
• Manage and develop the team

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, and warehouse operations in the automotive sector
• Proven leadership experience
• Proficient in SAP (Materials and Sales modules)
• Advanced English
• Willingness to travel occasionally
