Position Purpose: Lead and ensure the implementation of strategies in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Protection, and Asset Risk Prevention, aligned with current legislation and corporate standards, fostering a culture of prevention and comprehensive care for the company's people and assets.
Requirements:
Education: Industrial Engineering or related field (Bachelor's degree required).
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the field, 3 in a managerial role.
Languages: Advanced English. (Required)
Technical Knowledge: Mexican safety and hygiene legislation and regulations, industrial risk detection, accident management, emergency brigades.
Develop, communicate, and implement Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental policies, protocols, and programs.
Design and implement risk assessment plans and mitigation measures.
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Lead emergency brigades, training sessions, and drills.
Oversee hazardous and non-hazardous waste management in compliance with legal requirements.
Promote a prevention and safety culture across the organization.
Maintain communication and management with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
