Position Mission:
Identify and develop new client prospects, manage and grow key national and international accounts by implementing effective commercial strategies, building strong relationships across multiple organizational levels, and using a consultative, solution-based approach tailored to each client's business model.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
Professional-level English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel.
Preferred: Valid U.S. visa.
Required Experience:
2 to 5 years in commercial or sales administration roles within the B2B automotive industry.
Experience managing and expanding existing accounts.
Skills in prospecting, consultative selling, and negotiation.
Strong background in customer service, time management, and financial analysis.
Strategic planning, results reporting, and development of logistical and economic models.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow current global accounts.
Prospect and develop new clients and segments in both national and international markets.
Build, manage, and close a strong sales pipeline.
Lead the value proposition and commercial strategy by segment.
Negotiate and close deals with key clients.
Coordinate testing protocols for new technologies and products.
Participate in defining pricing, commercial terms, and business models.
Collaborate with internal departments (technical, supply chain, marketing) to implement projects.
Ensure achievement of commercial goals: sales volume, margin, collections, and project execution.
Provide periodic business reports and progress updates to the OEM Division Manager.
