We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support cost accounting activities, including standard cost realization, cost analysis, and monthly reporting. This is a hybrid role based in Querétaro, requiring physical presence in the office three days a week and remote work two days a week, without exceptions.

Responsibilities:

• Support mid-month and month-end closing, resolving SLA errors and variances
• Participate in quarterly recosts and batch size adjustments
• Perform daily health checks and overhead calculations
• Analyze weekly batch variances and communicate findings
• Understand and manage PPV (Purchase Price Variance) and IPV (Invoice Price Variance) for WHSE
• Assist in physical inventories and cost comparisons
• Collaborate with technical teams and cost accountants to ensure accurate data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting department
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Location: Querétaro, México

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in-office in Querétaro, 2 days remote (no exceptions)

Salary: $24,000 MXN gross monthly - NO negotiable
