Join our team as a Marketing Specialist in the automotive sector. We offer:

Position Objective
Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies and plans in the USMCA region to position TMD brands, increase market share, and support the achievement of sales objectives. Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring a return on sales. Identify business opportunities and support commercial strategies through marketing actions aligned with the company's goals.
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement the marketing strategy and plans for the USMCA region.
· Provide ideas for regional marketing activities.
· Manage regional events, technical training, customer visits, shows (trade shows).
· Support regional customers in all TMD brand related marketing activities.
· Briefing and coordinating of external agencies and partners.
· Manage all regional activities in market initiatives and cooperations
· Manage the marketing budget for TMD Mexico and ensure effective spending with measurable results.
· Budget keeping, delivery of material on time, according to briefing requirements and in line with the agreed budget (rising PO (SAP), credit note requests, controlling of payments realization/ regular update of budget app (Plannuh)/ monthly reporting to Head of Sales & Head of Regional Marketing
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
· Monitoring and control of Advertisement and Promotion (A&P) within the region
· Development and update of sales support tools (stocking guides, NTR guides on a quarterly basis, POS materials, brochures, videos, etc.) for customers and local sales force
· Implement digital marketing campaigns and assess their effectiveness in driving sales.
· Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to develop competitive strategies.
· Support the development and localization of global marketing campaigns for the local region.
· Close working relationship with Group Marketing and Regional marketing to make sure global guidelines are implemented into the region.
· Support global Group Marketing projects.
· Regular customer visits / contacts.
Essential to have:
· English Level: Proficiency in written and spoken English
· · Proven experience minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive sector.
· Experience in developing new sales channels, strategic and budgetary sales planning, pricing definition, commercial policies, project management, remove or specify.
Schooling/Location:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. (CVs from other disciplines will be considered based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills).

· Development of social media and web presence for all brands within the region.
· Obtain social media content from the sales team for regular promotion of the brand.
· Event management: Retro-planning, communication with target audience, budget management, supervision of local / national trade fairs & events.
· Social media project management.
· Setting up & supervising the social networks.
· Choice of service provider.
· Management of communication and the promotion of TMD brands.
· Newsletter management in relation to the customers & groups.
· Experience in project management and strategy development.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Knowledge of market dynamics and competitive benchmarking in the automotive industry.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards is a plus.
