About job position:
Leading the Process team in mechanical engineering, which is responsible for the engineering of booths, ovens, work decks and PTEC systems in a paint shop. Ensuring the achievement of objectives and timely completion of ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
· Leading the process team in mechanical engineering and ensuring the achievement of objectives and timely completion of ongoing projects.
· Participation in the planning of team resources.
· Independently coordinating and rolling out team-relevant processes.
· Intensive cross-departmental cooperation with sales, purchasing, project management and fabrication.
· Expert function on topics of related to Booths/Ovens/ASU´s/Work decks/PTEC Systems.
· Support the team in understanding customer specifications and making clarifications with the customer.
· Support the team in Basic Engineering and Detail Engineering and generate scopes of work for external suppliers.
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
· Experience using CAD with SolidWorks, MicroStation, Schematics.
· SAP
· Sense of urgency.
· Leadership
· Know-how regarding processes.
· Fluent English.
Experience:
· 5 to 8 years in industrial processes.
· Project leading related.
· Leading big teams.
· Desirable experience in paint shops.
