About the Company:
Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial machinery, with a spare parts warehouse and distribution center in Querétaro, serving clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer service operations for the spare parts warehouse
Ensure an excellent service experience for large automotive clients
Coordinate administrative and logistics processes between warehouse, sales, and after-sales departments
Ensure compliance with internal policies
Monitor KPIs and performance indicators
Manage and develop the team
Profile Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, and warehouse operations in the automotive sector
Proven leadership experience
Proficient in SAP (Materials and Sales modules)
Advanced English
Willingness to travel occasionally
