Finance System Administrator
SKF is establishing a regional finance support structure in the Americas, based in Lansdale, PA, supporting SKF Finance Operations Centers (FOC's) in North America (NAM) and Latin America (LAM). We have an exciting future ahead of us towards a clear Finance strategy road map. Finance will have a powerful role related to a lean, efficient and digital environment, and we are aiming to be in the frontline of next generation Business Finance.
The Finance Operations Centers at SKF in the Americas includes Accounting & Reporting (Record to Report – R2R), Accounts Payable (Procure to Pay – P2P), Accounts Receivable (Order to Cash – O2C), Central Controlling, Internal Control, and Finance Processes. Finance Operations Americas has two FOC's located in Lansdale, USA and Puebla, MX.
As a Finance System Administrator in the AMER region, you will be part of the Regional Support Americas team and report to the Manager Finance Systems Americas. You will be responsible for providing ongoing support as one of the system administrators for SAP Finance and Infor Masterpiece Finance applications, participate in the implementation of the SAP Finance module as part of the Americas SEP (SKF ERP Program) project and other finance related system implementations. The position will be based in Puebla Mexico.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain and update tables in the Finance applications
• Perform the daily close and daily correction of errors
• Monthly closing of various modules within the Finance applications
• Provide problem resolution support for Finance applications issues
• Support Master Data Management
• Be the focal point to IT to investigate and resolve issues
• Reconcile feeder systems to Finance applications
• Support users with Finance applications reporting requirements
• Work together with process managers to perform process and system evaluations to improve business operations
• New system releases: testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures
• Support new installations and participate in development and implementation projects
• Perform on-site and remote/online training on the Finance applications
• Support audits (Tax, Accounting, SICS, Government)
• Be a super user of the Finance applications
• Be a team player and cooperate across processes and organizations
Job Requirements
• Knowledge and experience from Controlling and/or Accounting positions
• Knowledge in Finance and Accounting processes.
• Two or more years of hands on experience with Finance application administration (Infor MasterPiece, SAP, JDEdwards, Blackline, Cadency)
• Strong analytical and PC skills (O365, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to analyze and resolve relevant system and process issues
• Service oriented approach and excellent communication skills
• Continuous improvement mind-set
• Extended networking and teaming skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
