First Brands Group is hiring for a Pricing Analyst for our office in Puebla.

Objective of the Position:

Ensure accurate and timely creation, posting, and monitoring of clients invoices in compliance with customer, tax, and company requirements, using SAP and Excel tools to support financial processes and maintain smooth cash flow.

Main Responsibilities:

Invoice Creation and Posting

Prices Management

• Track new purchase orders (PO) and amendments.
• Record prices for the first time or update them as required.
• Maintain contracts and pricing files.
• Manage retroactive price adjustments.

Automatic and Manual Invoicing in SAP

• Reconcile ZFACT vs. EDI data.
• Monitor invoices blocked in accounting.
• Ensure daily invoice delivery to customers via EDI, portal, and/or post.
• Monitor blocked SBI (errors in delivery note or incorrect reference information).
• Track unsent EDIs.
• Create proformas and manual invoices.
• Perform daily review of VF04 transactions in SAP.

Tooling Invoicing

• Create invoices based on sales orders for each customer, considering specific requirements.
• Validate that all invoice information meets tax and customer requirements for payment processing.

Knowledge, Experience, Competencies and Education:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Intermediate level in Excel, including pivot tables (tablas dinámicas).
