Location: Apodaca, NL | Onsite/Hybrid
Are you a proactive, commercially driven professional looking to grow your career in sales and marketing?
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to act as the link between our U.S. Business Unit Managers and our Mexico operations. This hands-on role combines lead generation, appointment setting, CRM management, and marketing execution, with a strong focus on tracking and reporting KPIs.
What you'll do:
Prospect through calls, emails, and social media
Schedule and confirm meetings with prospects & clients
Execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Maintain CRM and prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports
Support presentations and commercial materials
What we're looking for:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field
1+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, marketing, or customer service
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and growth-oriented
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
