What we're looking for:
- Active university student (4th semester onwards)
- Advanced English proficiency
What you'll do:
- Support the Corporate Recruiter in sourcing and selecting candidates for various positions
- Track candidates through the internal company system (Paylocity), guiding them through the recruitment process and leveraging system tools for efficient practices
- Review resumes from various recruitment platforms for internship roles, union personnel, and office staff
- Evaluate each candidate's resume/application based on the required skills and job profile
- Strong organizational skills and a natural sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
What we offer:
- $9,187.50 MXN per month
- Transportation support: $540 MXN per month
- 30-minute meal break
- Internship agreement with your university
- Access to company-provided transportation routes (in case of not having a car)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
