Escolaridad: Ingeniería o Licenciatura

Principales actividades:

• Liberación de facturas
• Realizar reportes de gastos
• Creación órdenes de compra
• Control de reportes de tiempos del proyecto, subir reportes validados en SAP y dar seguimiento a estos reportes periodo a periodo
• Reservaciones de vuelos y hospedaje
• Participación en juntas y elaboración de minutas de las mismas
• Apoyo en la elaboración de presentaciones o reportes semanales o mensuales según sea requerido
• Control, protección y almacenamiento de la documentación

Requisitos:

• ERP. Deseable SAP
• 1 a 2 años de experiencia en Industria en actividades similares
• Ingles avanzado

• Organización, proactividad, sentido de urgencia, planeación, confidencialidad - indispensable, administración, solución de problemas.
