Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC Consultant with expertise in Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and Materials Management (MM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC implementations, support, and optimization, specifically within manufacturing plants. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with stakeholders and document processes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Configuration and Implementation:
Configure and customize SAP ECC modules (PP, WM, MM) to meet the specific needs of manufacturing plants.
Support end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Optimize SAP processes to improve production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Business Process Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze manufacturing processes and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Identify gaps in current processes and propose enhancements to align with SAP best practices.
Integration and Support:
Ensure seamless integration between PP, WM, and MM modules and other SAP modules or external systems.
Provide ongoing support for SAP ECC, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and applying enhancements or patches.
Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and configuration details.
Project Management:
Participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business users to meet project goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP ECC Consultant with expertise in PP, WM, and MM modules.
Proven experience in SAP ECC implementations and support within manufacturing plants.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of SAP ECC configuration and customization in PP (Production Planning), WM (Warehouse Management), and MM (Materials Management).
Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as production scheduling, shop floor control, material requirements planning (MRP), and inventory management.
Understanding of integration points between PP, WM, MM, and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI/CO).
Knowledge of SAP ECC enhancements, including user exits, BADIs, and ABAP debugging, is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
