HR Manager – Startup (Experience in Asian Companies)

Seeking HR Manager with solid experience in plant startups for foreign companies, preferably from Asia (China, Japan, or Korea). Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing HR strategies and safety programs, ensuring compliance, effective labor relations, and supporting operational growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Master's in HR Management or Industrial/Labor Relations (preferred).
Minimum 10 years in HR and 5 years in manufacturing.
Proven experience in plant startups for foreign companies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
