Service Desk Analyst (Mexico) | Elevate Your IT Career!

What You'll Do:
?? Support & Troubleshoot – Provide top-tier hardware and software support to end users.
?? Manage IT Accounts – Administer Active Directory, ERP accounts, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
?? Automation & Innovation – Enhance IT processes with automation and efficiency improvements.
?? Global Collaboration – Work closely with international IT teams to resolve issues.
?? Maintain IT Assets – Ensure accurate tracking of system and software inventory.
?? Drive Customer Satisfaction – Deliver high-quality support while meeting SLAs.
What You Bring:
· 5+ years in a global service desk or 2+ years in Level 2+ technical support.
· Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems, Office 365, and SharePoint.
· Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills (PowerShell, advanced rights, networking).
· ITIL knowledge and experience handling Incident/Change/Problem Management.
· Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred – Strong verbal & written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
