We are seeking a QSHE Manager to lead and oversee quality, safety, health, and environmental operations within an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in Santa Catarina.

Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor QSHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee risk assessments and incident investigations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Train and educate staff on QSHE protocols, fostering safety and quality practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QSHE strategies into daily operations.
- Maintain and update certifications and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for QSHE-related inquiries and external audits.
Profile
A successful QSHE Manager should have:
- A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in quality, safety, health, and environmental management.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to implement data-driven improvements.
- Experience in leading teams and conducting training programs.

Job Offer
- $80,000 - $90,000 MXN gross monthly.
- Above the law compensation package.
