We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with a solid technical background and strong commercial skills to drive both technical support and market expansion across Mexico and Latin America. This role focuses equally on enhancing the brand's presence and sales in existing markets, while also building and developing new markets from the ground up in key LATAM countries.

Description
- Increase the brand's presence and sales in existing markets, while establishing and developing the market in new key LATAM countries.
- Provide expert technical support to internal teams, distributors, OEMs, engineering consultants, and end users.
- Engage with clients through on-site visits, technical presentations, workshops, virtual seminars, sales meetings, and various remote communication methods.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to ensure high-quality technical support.
- Generate reports and conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and address challenges.
Profile
- Degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written, essential for reporting to leadership and engaging effectively with clients and global teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales within the electrical industry.
- Proven track record of providing technical support to clients and managing complex sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Mexico and across LATAM.
- Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
