About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead – Full Stack Development to lead a team in building scalable web applications. This hands-on role involves guiding the development process, mentoring developers, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Collaborate with managers, designers and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Enforce and promote best practices in software development, focusing on code quality, security, and performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues to optimize application speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Maintain and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and automated delivery processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development, including backend and frontend technologies.
- Proven experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams.
- Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. js.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in:
- Backend development using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Building and integrating data pipelines and RESTful APIs
- Deploying AI/ML models in production environments
- Solid experience designing and querying relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- Comprehensive understanding of API design principles (REST, GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, LangChain, Ollama, etc., including practical integration into applications or workflows.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, software design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
