What You'll Do:

• Generate $3M+ in net revenue in your first year and $5M+ in subsequent years.
• Lead high-impact consulting and staffing projects from origination to client delivery.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships with global OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers.
• Identify new business lines, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of AMBE leaders.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in management consulting and/or operational leadership in manufacturing.
• Proven success in business development and revenue growth.
• Strong project management and executive leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial vision.
