We are Looking for: QA Engineer

• Tijuana: Águila Coronada, Baja Maq el Aguila, B.C.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Perform manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and regression testing across web and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Maintain and enhance the automation test framework to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and QA strategy discussions.

Required Qualifications:

• English proficency required
• 3+ years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on both manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
• Selenium WebDriver
• Postman (API testing)
• JMeter or LoadRunner
• Cucumber or Robot Framework
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and test management tools.
