CONTROLLER

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Controller (Finance) to support and oversee all financial planning and analysis, cost control, and reporting activities. The Controller will play a key role in managing the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, maintaining cost accounting systems, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and a proactive mindset to partner with operations and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
• Supervise cost control activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to management to support decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
• Monitor operational KPIs and partner with department managers to drive efficiency and improve cost structures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial reporting standards (IFRS/US GAAP as applicable).
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
• Assist with audits (internal/external) and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior finance staff and contribute to building a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
