YAGEO is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our Customer Support Team and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. In this role, you'll manage customer orders from quote to delivery, resolve issues, and provide key insights to drive account success. You'll be the friendly and reliable face of YAGEO to our customers, playing a critical role in ensuring satisfaction and operational excellence.
Education & Experience
2-3 years customer service experience and/or AS degree in business ?
Responsibilities
Support Sales with overall sales strategy by partnering with the Sales Team on existing and new accounts?.
Responsible for all aspects of customer order management including quoting, entering, forecasting, expediting, and modifying customer orders?.
Serve as the “face” of YAGEO by responding to customer inquiries, needs, and complaints?.
Resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and manage customer product returns?.
Process and analyze customer forecast data weekly including review of historical trends, demand drivers, and forecast results?.
Share any interaction and involvement with customers that might require the Inside and/or Outside Sales attention?.
Conduct conference calls/meetings with the Sales Team and management reviewing customer satisfaction, account performance levels, and leaner processing methods?.
Maintain level of product knowledge, order management system, and Enterprise Resource Planning tools?.
Provide solutions and recommendations for improvements?
Qualifications and Skills
Advanced English level (Fluent).
