Descripción
KEMET de México part of YAGEO Group it's looking for a Quality Systems Engineer in our Guadalupe Plant to be responsible for the deployment and execution of quality standards to ensure compliance to clients, working directly with operations departments (Quality, manufacturing process).
Education & Experience
IIA, IMA, IME, LQI. 1 or 2 years of experience in electronic, automotive industry. Knowledge about ATF
16949 normative.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality manual elements execution.
- Core tools revision (system maintenance).
- Quality policies deploymentat plant level driven by new requirements of customers, regulatory and/or standards upgrades.
- Documentation Control.
- Monitor of KPI's, systemic meetings such: Plant Management and Performance/metrics Reviews, etc.
- Coordination of external/internal quality and Customer audits (ISO, IATF, AS9100 etc).
- Main guide for auditors in the plant.
- Coordinating plant teams.
- CAR follow responses coordinating with plant teams.
- Pre-auditing working.
- Revision of previous findings ensuring 100% of closing working with QC engineers.
- LPA's follow up to systemic issues (system maintenance).
- Training coordination at plant level regarding changes on Standards, Core tools , policies, Coorp Docs change etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent English level.
- Focus on service with a high level of proactivity.
- Core tools.
- Problem-solving strategies.
- Organized.
- Proficient in Office 365.
- Teamwork.
- Self-directed
